Are you interested in leveling a Paladin? Since the last expansion, the Paladin has been quite a popular class, most likely because the Horde were previously not able to select it as a class.

Paladins are a fun class to play as and not only that, they are extremely powerful, some may consider them even overpowered. Now if you’re looking to get one started and need a head start in the leveling game, here are some tips that will help you out:

For the first 5 to 10 levels while leveling a Paladin, all you have to do is just do all the quests that you find in the first town. By doing this you will level up, find new items, find gear as well as pick up much needed gold, or rather copper and silver.

The first 5-6 levels will be spent in the first town, once you’ve done all the quests and ready to move on, all you have to do is complete all the quests in the second town and you will progress at a decent rate.

Now keep in mind while this is happening, you need to keep equipping your new gear and buying your new special abilities with each new level, if you fail to do this, you will not level as fast as you could.

One other thing, make sure you learn what weapon skills are available at the time to you, by doing this you wont end up with weapons you can’t use because you don’t have the skill for it.

If you’re leveling up on your own, make sure you go down the Retribution path, this will give you some much needed melee damage. Also while you’re leveling, make sure you have an aura up at all times.

Stick to dealing with 1 mob at a time if possible and use a 2 handed weapon to deal extra damage, if you find however you’re being attacked by several mobs, equip your shield and sword and fend them off.
